If God is calling you, then you will experience deep joy and peace.It’s always good to be honest with yourself and remember that God knows the plans He has for you, “plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11). No vocation is easy,but Love is always worth it.
Our days are well balanced with individual and communal prayer, work, recreation and mealtimes together. There is never a dull moment in the service of the Lord.
Yes. We wear the black habit in the winter months and the white habit during the summer months.
No, we accept applications from young women with a high school diploma.
Each Sister enjoys different hobbies and activities. We often enjoy taking walks around our convent grounds, exercising, playing games, making or writing greeting cards, bonfires, painting or drawing, playing frisbee or other sports, and just enjoying each other’s company!
We encourage inquiry from women who are in good mental and physical health, have graduated high school, are under the age of 35, able to live peacefully and happily in community life, and have developed a prayer life.
There are specific times during the year when the Sisters may write or call their families, and may invite them to come for a visit.
After prayer, a candidate proposes three names to the Mother Superior, who then discerns what new name God may like to call His bride.
