Significant shortages in available shipping containers causing mailing delays on a national level

Many companies across the United States are having to make adjustments because there are simply not enough containers available for their products/mailings to be sent as planned.  This has affected our ability to send out mailings and/or products at times as well.  We do apologize for any delays you may have experienced.
Please know that you are always at the forefront of our minds as these situations arise.  To continue serving you to the best of our ability we have:
  • Revised our News & Reflections Page
    • The revised “Announcements” section will have any key updates and essential information available for you
  • Scheduled mailings available online under the “Current Appeal” submenu
    • Even if the mailing has not arrived in your home, you will be able to see the monthly mailing online
  • The monthly emails will still be sent out as scheduled.
    • If you are not already receiving our regular mailings by e-mail and would like to, or if you know someone who would, it may be done by filling out the form here.
  • Pre-ordering of items available
    • Products that have been scheduled to be sent out, even if delayed, will still be available online as scheduled.  They can be ordered on the SCMC Gift Shop

So, please know that even with the delays happening across our nation, we are still here for you, serving you and holding each of you in prayer.

Please also remember to send us your prayer requests for the Novena of Masses beginning on the Feast of the Assumption, August 15th.

Our Mission

As Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of the Church we embrace our two-fold mission of sanctity and service. In a spirit of simplicity we aspire to live a life rooted in the Gospel, in imitation of Mary and expressed by prayer, charity, self sacrifice and loving obedience. We devote ourselves to the works of charity, and as true daughters in the heart of the Church, we serve others through the apostolates of education, caring for the sick, the aging and the poor, wherever there is a need.
