~ United in Prayer ~
The Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of the Church, in Connecticut and in Wisconsin join in the fervent prayers of so many, for the victims, families and the School Community of Annunciation Elementary School who have endured today’s tragedy in Minneapolis this morning. May all who have been touched in any way by the heartbreak of such senseless action be comforted by the knowledge that the souls of those who lost their lives as well as all who are affected by this heartbreak are held in the Heart of Jesus Who understands all our pain.
We earnestly pray for an end to all violence in this country and beyond. May the Peace that Christ desires for each of us triumph over the power of evil that has such a stronghold in our world. We entrust all our children to the Immaculate Heart of Mary today and forever.
